| 职位说明： | 联系人：HR 电话： EMAIL：Human.resource@eppendorf.cn Main tasks: • Responsible for technical product installation, modification and enhancement in accordance with customer specification. • To provide quality technical support to ensure that customers and salesmen receive accurate advice on product use, guidance on product selection, and resolution of technical complaints. • Troubleshoot among a wide range of technical problems and issues, determine technical solution and repair with the quickest speed. • Handles product-related problems with customers as required, may test products to resolve customer problems. • Responsible for basic operation training on client premises. • May liaise with application specialist/other engineers to make report and correct faults, make solution to improve product quality. • Further tasks on request Qualification / Additional Requirements: • University degree or above in Mechanism or related • 2+ years working experience in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or instrument service. • High energy, team player and can work under pressure • Fluent in English oral and writing is a must. • Willingness to travel | ||
